It is not surprising that we often find ourselves chasing after the next big thing, seeking fulfillment in external achievements or possessions. But what if, in this very moment, we paused to recognize the abundance already present in our lives?
Today, I invite you to embrace a simple yet profound idea: that at this very moment, all your needs are met: Repeat that after me “At this very moment all my needs are met".” It's the awareness that you possess everything necessary to embark on your journey, right here, right now.
Take a moment to open your eyes and truly see the richness of your existence. You are fully empowered, equipped with all the tools and resources needed to take that first step towards your dreams. And as you reflect, you may come to realize that whatever you do not possess, you do not truly need.
Cultivate an attitude of gratitude by acknowledging the blessings that surround YOU. Celebrate the abundance within, fostering a sense of contentment and empowerment in every moment.

A Tiktok live that made me cry
On Saturday I went live on tiktok to read out some poems to Mainders and to my surprise we ended up having a writers open mic
Together we wrote a poem called. “Long distance Love”
If I could tell people about us,
I would talk about how our souls knew each other before we ever met
I would talk about the moon and the sun
About how we both shine at different times of the world
I would talk about how distance and proximity can eat at the same table
Like sunrise and sundown at yours
I would tell them about the songs in our hearts
that never met our lips
I would tell them how I became a poet
inspired by a muse from a far
How jealousy became my friend
Everyday when I woke up without you
How loneliness knocked at my door
Time and time again when the distance grew between us
I would talk about how your words became my comfort
How I watched the oceans mock me
Because they were closer to you than I was
I would talk about how my pen bleeds out our story in endless lines of black and white
because my life is colorless without you
I would talk about how I’ve kept writing my way to your heart
How your voice created a symphony to bring comfort during my lonely days
This love they thought was impossible yet we just saw heaven
Because past, present or future our hearts will always be one
See there is something about distance
That makes the heart grow fonder
Every moment spent with you is memorable
My eyes don’t work the same,
they now I stare you to memorize
your face, your smile, your eyes
The feeling of your thighs
Everytime I hear your voice,
my heart swells with a longing for you
It’s funny how I hold you and miss you at the same time
How my heart skips with the anxiety of you leaving when you just arrived
You are my glow in the dark, my sweet soft flicker of firefly
You are like a long hug that doesn’t have an awkward stage
You set my heart ablaze
You loved me even before I understood how to love myself
You introduced me to a different version of myself
You stuck with me even when all I ever did was convince my shadow that I am worth following
So allow me be the anchor to our ship
in the raging waters
I will hold you steady
